Consistently good quality
This was my third purchase from Untouched World, and like the previous times, the quality was great. I got one of their Organic Cotton Tees this time. I've had a couple of their Merino Sweaters for a while, and they've held up really well after many washes, which is why I keep coming back. The cotton tee is just as good, soft and comfortable. Shipping was about the same as my last order, roughly 10 days to Seattle. It's nice to know what to expect in terms of product and delivery every time.
Love my new Ecopossum sweater!
Just received my Ecopossum Knitwear sweater and I absolutely adore it! It's so incredibly soft and lightweight, but surprisingly warm. I've never felt anything quite like Ecopossum before. The color was exactly as pictured online too, which is always a relief. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a pair of their Merino Pants. This brand is a true gem and I've already told my sister about it. Such a wonderful find!
Got a Merino Beanie, it's comfy
Ordered a Merino Beanie the other week. It shipped pretty fast for international, I think it was like a week and a half. It's really soft, not scratchy at all, which is important for me with wool. Fits well too, not too tight. Just a nice, simple beanie that does the job. Good for chilly mornings when I walk the dog. Happy with it.
Good value for a quality piece
I was looking for a new Merino Cardigan and found Untouched World during their end of season sale. I snagged a really nice one for about 30% off the usual price. Shipping took about 9 days to get to me in Arizona, which was fine coming from New Zealand. The quality feels great, very soft. I felt like I got a solid deal on a sustainable item. Definitely worth what I paid.
Quality hoodie, slower shipping
I ordered a Men's Merino Hoodie. The hoodie itself is excellent quality; the Merino wool feels substantial and very comfortable, well-made. I appreciate their commitment to sustainability. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 12 days to reach my address in New York. The tracking updates were a little sparse at times. While the product is fantastic and the customer service responded promptly to my shipping inquiry, quicker delivery options or more frequent updates would improve the overall experience. Still, I'd likely buy from them again for the product quality.
